Benefits of exercise – Don’t be a couch potato
Get paid while you improve your health
A daily 20-minute brisk walk could cut the chance of dying young by almost a third, according to a new study. According to the study, lack of exercise causes twice as many deaths as obesity. Couch potatoes are more susceptible to life-threatening cardiovascular issues like heart attacks and strokes, as well as some malignancies.
A 20-minute strenuous walk or a 20-minute cycle ride, on the other hand, would elevate an individual from inactive to moderately inactive status. The Cambridge University researchers discovered that just making that tiny modification will cut their probability of dying young by 16 to 30%. So, don’t be a couch potato and get paid to exercise.
