The Case

We provided a first-class service for one of our clients after they told us they were about to expand by opening a new branch. They wanted us to help them inform the public about this whilst boosting sales and increasing their customer base.

The Solution

We met the client for a brainstorming session and decided to write an introductory letter telling potential local customers about a forthcoming launch party for the branch, posting invites through their letterboxes.
After this, we liaised with a local events planner to organise the event. We looked after the printing and posting of the 5000 letter, with one member of our hand-to-hand team standing outside the new branch. The leaflet told passers-by about the party and the new branch, raising awareness of the new venture and boosting party attendance figures.

The Result

The campaign led to a huge turnout for the party, with vast numbers of locals turning up, business cards being handed out and guests getting the chance to talk to staff face-to-face. The branch and party were featured in the local paper within a week of the event, and 5 new landlords with several properties got in touch with the agency.
